Tuesday, 3 October, 2017, 02:19

The Chennai Box-Office did not have any new release this week. The producers and the entire trade is protesting against Tamil Nadu Government's decision to introduce 10% Local Body Taxes for Tamil and 20 % for other language films.

Due to lack of new releases, the footfalls were at an all time low in multiplexes and single screens. From the previous week’s content, the number one at the CBO this week is the adult comedy Hara Hara Mahadevaki.

At the number two position is Spyder, which has grossed around Rs 3.80 Cr from Chennai city. Karuppan holds on to the number three position.

Mahanubhavudu, the Telugu film is at number four and Vishal’s Thupparivaalan at number five.
