The much awaited teaser of Nani's upcoming release MCA is here. The teaser was released this morning at 10 am.

MCA stands for Middle Class Abbayi; that's what Nani in his inimitable style tells us in teaser that also features Fidaa> girl Sai Pallavi. The romantic drama made her into a huge star in Telugu cinema.

We all know she played a middle-class girl in the film that didn't require to indulge in skin show except for a small scene. Speaking to a leading daily, the actress said she won't opt glamorous roles either and also said she has a policy of no on-screen kissing.

"I'm not okay with on-screen kissing. My parents let me pursue my dreams, and it’s my responsibility to make them feel comfortable with my work as an actress," the Hindu quoted her saying.

In Fidaa, Sai Pallavi pulled off this role of a true blue Telangana rural girl named Bhanumati. The movie is mostly shot in Bhansuvada and Nizamabad, interior Telangana. The director has made her dub the dialogues in Telangana dialect in her own voice.

Will her magic work again?

MCA is Dil Raju's production and the producer has hit gold this year.

He didn’t expect that Fidaa would get such glowing reviews and great feedback from general audiences. He thought this film may work only in Nizam area but to his surprise, it is doing well in all areas and it also entered into profits in the USA by end of the first weekend. In the USA, the movie already grossed more than 900k dollars by end of the Sunday.

Fidaa which was made with Rs 15 Cr budget is expected to collect a minimum of Rs 25 Cr share by end of its total run.

Dil Raju’s luck turned with Shatamanam Bhavati. The film that released along with two big star movies collected more than Rs 30 Cr (share) and also received National Award in Best Popular Entertainment category. Then he scored another hit with Nani starrer Nenu Local which was also a big hit.

Although Allu Arjun starrer DJ has failed to become a hit movie, he made huge profits on its business. It is said that he earned more than Rs 25 Cr profit on the film. But some of the distributors have lost the money.

Now, this year he scored a hit with Fidaa, Shatamanam Bhavati, Nenu Local and Raja The Great. This year has been good for Nani as well.

The ‘Natural Star’ has delivered blockbusters with Nenu Local and Ninnu Kori.
Nenu Local was a masala movie starring Keerthy Suresh of Nenu Sailaja fame.
What is it about? For Babu (Nani it was love at first sight with Keerthy (Keerthy Suresh). He proposes to her and she rejects him. He challenges her that she would fall in love with him eventually and she accepts it. After a lot of coaxing and cajoling, Keerthy falls for Babu; however, their love is disapproved by her father. How Babu convinces him forms the crux of the story.

Nani takes the charge from the first scene; however, the story and scenes are predictable and formulaic. The routine college scenes are funny and bring out some laughs. Scenes like the lecturer who helped in exams turning out to be his soon-to-be father-in-law are funny and we get to enjoy such sporadic comic moments.

Nani’s next release, Ninnu Kori, inspired by the Bollywood blockbuster Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam saw a huge success at the BO!

The storyline of Ninnu Kori, director Shiva Nirvana's first film, is delicate one - a married woman getting in contact with her former lover again and inviting him to her home. The twist is her husband knows her love story and he agrees with her plan that if her lover sees how happy life they are leading he might erase her memories forever and lead a life of his own.

The film starts off slowly but it picks up the momentum as it goes towards the interval. But the real worth of the movie lies in its fun banter between the characters, and emotional ending. As the storyline is thin and the conflict is revealed very early in the movie, there is not enough material to exploit in the middle portion of the story. Hence the director has narrated with some lighter scenes.

With Ninnu Kori, Nani has proved that he can shine in any character. He uses his charm here and it was well received.

Will MIddle Class Abbayi taste the same success as Nenu Local and Ninnu Kori?

It cannot be discounted that Nani has planned the line-up of his films well. He knows how to be in limelight by releasing his films at the right time and on the right occasion.

The bankable star as he is called in Tollywood started off this year with Nenu Local and gave a gap before his next release, Ninnu Kori. Soon, Nani will strike again with his Middle Class Abbayi. Directed by Venu Sriram, the film stars Sai Pallavi of Premam as the female lead. Devi Sri Prasad has provided the music. Rajiv Kanakala and Bhumika Chawla are playing key roles in the film.

Nani will next be seen in Krishnarjuna Yudham, In this film, he will be seen in a dual role. Director Merlapaka Gandhi is directing Krishnarjuna Yudham which will have music by Hip Hop Tamizha. Saahu Garapati and Harish Peddi are producing the film under Shine Screens banner. Venkat Boyanapalli will be presenting this film.
