New Delhi: With actor Kamal Haasan making indications about his debut in politics, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will meet the actor for a 'political discussion' on Thursday, said a Aam Aadmi Party member.
Kamal, who has been politically active of late, has been seen often levying corruption charges against the ruling state government.
Although he has not yet announced the launch of his own political outfit or confirmation of joining any other political party, the actor has clearly ruled out BJP from his list. “My colour is definitely not saffron. That much I can say now,” he had earlier said after meeting Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan on September 1.
The meeting between the two has triggered speculation that Kejriwal is likely to offer Kamal AAP platform for his career in politics.
The AAP member on Tuesday said that Kejriwal and Kamal will meet in Chennai over lunch.
The Delhi CM will also visit a Tamil Nadu government-run skill development centre in Chennai, he added.
